Terms & Conditions

Tickets for all events at Tip Top Productions are available to buy online, over the phone or in person. Discounted group bookings, where available, must be made over the phone or in person and are not available online. Tip Top Productions performances at other venues may be subject to different terms and conditions of sale. Please contact the venue box office.

Tickets must be paid for in full at time of booking. We do not take reservations.

Discounted members’ tickets are limited to one per member per run of a show. Members must give their membership number when using this discount. The ticket can be used by the member or someone else.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. In some cases, this may be the interval or may not be possible at all.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not offer refunds except in the most exceptional of circumstances. Latecomers who miss all or part of a show are not eligible for refunds.

Given 48 hours’ notice we can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show subject to availability. If you have booked for a one-night show, we are unable to make an exchange. Tickets are transferrable however and can therefore be used by someone else.

You may also make changes to your booking such as adding extra seats, changing the location of your seats etc. subject to availability. Please call us to make changes.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled ticket-holders will be given a full refund.
